I am excited to share our latest editorial in the January 2024 issue of SAINTEIGHT Magazine. This publication marks my 125th feature in a magazine. This achievement is not solely mine; it represents the collective effort and creativity of our remarkable team.

On the back cover of this issue is a captivating photo from our shoot at the Stanford Mausoleum, featuring Loni Dangerfield and Stacy Huang. This image sets the tone for the entire series inside the magazine. Dressed in Helen Victoria Blossom and Mariya Milovidova‘s striking designs, Loni and Stacy blend seamlessly with the historical backdrop, creating a visual narrative that bridges past and present. Their poses, full of energy and elegance, complement the black dresses with bold gold accents, echoing the mausoleum’s grandeur.
Every aspect of this shoot was carefully crafted, from the lighting that enhanced the fabric’s textures to the tonal choices that emphasized the stone’s sturdiness. It was more than a fashion showcase; it was a story told through the juxtaposition of classic elegance and modern fashion sensibilities.
A special thanks goes to Pia Gould, Magazine Consultant, for her instrumental role in getting these photos published. Her expertise and guidance were key in bringing this project to life.
While my role as the photographer often garners attention, it is the joint effort of the entire team that truly brings these visions to life. This shoot is a celebration of collaborative artistry, with each member’s contribution being vital to the narrative. From the models to the designers, and all the creative minds in between, ‘Tandem Triumph’ is a testament to our shared artistic journey.
Here’s to more photoshoot collaborations and capturing the beauty of our world through our lenses. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this and previous projects.
