Photoshoot Pricing

Complimentary Pre-Session Consultation

We’re committed to ensuring your images have the maximum impact and reflect your vision. To accomplish this, we start our process with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation before scheduling the photoshoot. This valuable exchange lets us delve into your ideas, answer any questions you might have, and align our creative vision. Our goal is to make sure that your photoshoot is not just smooth but also completely in tune with your expectations.

Photoshoot Fee

Our photoshoot pricing begins at $250 for the first hour, with a reduced fee of $150 for each subsequent hour. This pricing structure, designed with adaptability in mind, accommodates a range of budgets and project sizes. Plus, you can determine the length of your photoshoot, ensuring a session that best aligns with your individual needs.

We don’t charge any travel fees within the San Francisco Bay Area.

For extended sessions or multi-day projects, we invite you to contact us. We’re ready to discuss day rates or custom packages to suit your requirements. 

Included Services

Every hour of your photoshoot includes ten edited photos. If your project requires more edits, we’re fully equipped to meet this need with an additional charge of $10 per image.

After your session, preview images will be shared so you can select your favorites for editing. This ensures the final collection reflects your personal taste and the moments that resonate most with you.

All final images are delivered in a 3 by 4 aspect ratio and include both a full-resolution version for printing and a resized version optimized for web and social media use.

Please note that unedited JPEGs and RAW (e.g. DNG) files are not provided as part of our service. This ensures that every image you receive has been professionally refined, giving you a polished final collection ready for personal or professional use.

As part of our service, we also offer access to our Kisau Clothing Collection for your shoot at no extra cost. And to add an extra dash of style, we occasionally have a curated selection of designer jewelry, designer dresses, and props available for use. This is all part of our commitment to provide a comprehensive, high-quality experience that caters to your unique needs.

Additional Services

Magazine Submission

For an additional fee of $300, we can arrange to have your photos featured in a trade magazine. Please note that this cost covers the submission of photos only and does not include a cover feature or interview.

Kisau Blog Post

We can create a dedicated post on the Kisau Blog featuring your photos and story. This service includes an interview and promotion across our social media platforms for a separate fee of $100.

Hair & Makeup

Although the photoshoot fee does not cover hair and makeup, we can provide referrals to talented hair and makeup artists in the San Francisco, East Bay, or South Bay areas.

Location Options

Our team is ready to organize the photoshoot at an outdoor location in the San Francisco Bay Area, allowing you to select a setting that aligns with your creative vision.

Should you prefer an indoor setting, we can schedule a studio session. Please be mindful that studio rental fees are not included in the photoshoot fee and would incur an additional charge.

Entrance and parking fees for the photoshoot location, regardless of whether it is indoors or outdoors, are not covered by the Photoshoot Fee and will require additional payment.

Regardless of the chosen location, our prime objective remains unchanged: to create an ideal environment that perfectly complements and enhances your vision, thus producing a truly bespoke photoshoot experience.

Planning Your Looks

If we’re teaming up for the first time, we suggest dedicating one hour per look. This enables us to delve deeply into each style, capturing it with the detail and nuance it deserves. If you’re interested in exploring two looks within the same hour, we can certainly facilitate it. It’s worth noting, however, that an increased rate of changes could impact the available time for actual photography. We’re always here to provide guidance, ensuring we make the most of our time together.

Preparing for the Camera

Kindly remember that our session fee does not include hair and makeup services. Therefore, we kindly ask that you arrive prepared for the lens. If your shoot involves a variety of looks and you require the services of a professional hair and makeup artist, feel free to invite them along. Just be sure to factor in an extra 15-30 minutes per look change to keep everything on schedule. Should you need assistance in sourcing a skilled makeup artist, we’re more than happy to provide our recommendations.

Booking and Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total session cost. The remaining balance is due the day before the shoot.

Our Cancellation Policy

We certainly recognize that life can be full of unexpected twists and turns. If circumstances require you to cancel, we’re here to help.

For photoshoots within the San Francisco Bay Area, please provide at least one weeks’ notice for a full refund of your deposit.

For photoshoots outside the San Francisco Bay Area, a minimum of two week’s notice is required.

We will refund your deposit, less any non-reimbursable travel-related expenses we have incurred.

This policy allows us to efficiently adjust our schedule while ensuring you aren’t unfairly penalized for any unforeseen changes.
