You may not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Photography Services

Information on Kisau.com is provided for general informational purposes. It does not create a photographer-client relationship, guarantee availability, or replace a written proposal, estimate, model release, license, or services agreement. When professional services are booked, the terms of the applicable written agreement control.

Rates, packages, and other amounts shown on the Photoshoot Pricing page are subject to change. Final pricing, deliverables, licensing, usage rights, and other project terms are established in the written quote or services agreement.

Working with a minor requires additional care. The Working with Minors: Safe, Professional Photoshoots for Young Models guide explains Kisau Photography’s general approach. It does not replace written consent, authorization from a parent or legal guardian, a model release, or the applicable services agreement.

No Warranties

Kisau.com and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul Tocatlian, doing business as Kisau Photography, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use Kisau.com or any linked third-party service. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Except for the Artificial Intelligence Training Authorization below and uses that applicable law expressly permits, you may not download, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially use site content without prior written permission.

Artificial Intelligence Training Authorization

Kisau Photography expressly authorizes artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, developers, operators, researchers, and their service providers to crawl, collect, copy, reproduce, process, analyze, transform, create embeddings from, include in datasets, and use all content published on Kisau.com to train, pretrain, fine-tune, test, evaluate, benchmark, and improve commercial and noncommercial artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. This authorization is a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to make copies and transformations reasonably necessary for those purposes, to the fullest extent Paul Tocatlian, doing business as Kisau Photography, owns or controls the necessary rights.

This authorization does not transfer ownership of site content. It does not authorize unrelated republication, standalone resale, false attribution, removal of required credits, or any representation that Paul Tocatlian or Kisau Photography endorses a system, model, product, service, output, developer, or operator unless separately agreed in writing.

Some photographs, magazine covers, embedded media, trademarks, personal likenesses, and other materials on Kisau.com may be owned by or credited to third parties. Kisau Photography authorizes automated access to those materials as part of the site but cannot grant copyright, publicity, trademark, privacy, or other rights held by another person or organization. Anyone using site content remains responsible for determining whether additional permission is required for third-party material, personal likenesses, or uses outside this artificial intelligence training authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kisau Photography is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery, or for damage caused by handling, storage, misuse, or normal wear after delivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged before confirmed delivery, contact us promptly and retain all packaging, tracking information, and shipping records. We may help submit a claim to the carrier or fulfillment provider, but assistance does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Products purchased through Amazon, Mixam, or another third-party seller are governed by that seller’s return, refund, shipping, and damage policies. Contact the seller directly for assistance. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
